$150 Security deposit (refundable) for incidentals due at the time of booking to secure your reservation.

This deposit is refunded within 48 hours after your event as long as the venue is returned in the same condition it was received.

If you cancel your booking, your $150 security deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee.

Remaining balance due 14 days prior to venue rental date.

You may cancel this Agreement by giving a written notice of cancellation by personal delivery or sending an email from the email address used to reserve the Event. Upon receiving proper notice, Licensor shall refund the Licensee in amount paid in excess of the $150 cancellation fee.

Food/Catering:

You are permitted to bring food into The Venue for consumption during the Event.

Alcoholic Beverages:

You, every person under your control, and every person attending or participating in the Event is strictly prohibited from consuming or dispensing alcoholic beverages at The Venue.

You must agree to the terms that no flammable decorations are allowed and that the driving of nails, tacks, or other articles into the walls or otherwise defacing The Venue is strictly prohibited. All decorating items brought into The Venue shall be removed by the end of the Event Time. You can not light or allow open flames in The Venue during the Event.

You are responsible for clearing The Venue after your event, returning it back in the same condition it was received.

You must remove all items, decorations, equipment or other personal property brought into The Venue during the term of the rental. All property shall be brought in, set up and removed during the Event Time and shall not be left over or stored at The Venue.

You shall within thirty (30) days of notice from The Venue pay The Venue for the cost of any special cleanup required after the Event Time in addition to any other amounts incurred under this Agreement.

The Venue shall not be damaged during the course of your rental. If damages are incurred, you shall within thirty (30) days of notice from the Venue pay the cost, at Fair Market Value, for repairing any damage to The Venue and/or replacing any fixtures, furniture, furnishings or equipment damaged or stolen as a result of an act by you, by any person under your control, or by any person attending or participating in the Event. This payment is in addition to any other amounts incurred under this Agreement.
